Hello, my name is Laura. I'm a fullstack software developer, with a passion for learning and sharing those learning experiences with others. I have over 500 hours of coding experience, using various frameworks to complete projects.
I believe there is unmeasured power and skill found in developing your own projects, one line of code at a time. It involves true perseverance, time, and energy. I love the endless amount of learning involved in development, and I look forward to advancing in the field.

The Journey is my personal blog. I formerly used an online template, but just recently rewrote it as a full stack application. I used Vue for the client side and .NET and C# for the server side. It was such an inspiring process building this site. I was able to implement the Form Spree email service into this application, and I loved learning about this tool.
Keeper is an application built off of Pinterest, and was our final project. We incorporated skills learned over the past months, as well as new skills such as using C# to built out the server side. Keeper uses VUE for the client side.
We built Rooted Flow with a group of four excellent developers over a course of two weeks. Together, we used Node.js to build out our server, combined with VUE to finish out the client side. It was an incredible experience learning to work as a team, and discovering the areas we excelled in.
